Nir Netzer is a tech investor, innovation strategist and digital transformation consultant, advising corporates, investors and regulators on various investments and innovation encouragement aspects. He is a certified public accountant, holds a BA major in accounting, a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B), and MBA major in finance and financial management.

He is currently Investment VP at Tenity, a Swiss Asset Management Firm running a Global Venture Capital. Tenity is  backed by UBS, Generali, Julius Baer, Ripple Inc., and the Swiss Stock Exchange and invests in Fintech, Insurtech, Cybersecurity, Web3 and Impact ventures across EMEA and APAC.

Named one of the ‘2021 Top Ten Voices in European Fintech’ Conny Dorrestijn is a trusted advisor to pay- and fintech companies needing to scale or reposition on an international level. She has had a focused career in innovation for the international financial technology sector, previously at Clear2Pay/FIS and as Founding Partner/Advisor at BankiFi: a developer of technology ‘putting banks at the heart of business’. She is a Non-Executive Director to the Board of Augmentum Fintech plc and a Global Innovation Awards Judge at BAI (US) and a mentor to the ABN AMRO TechStars programme since 2021. She chaired the board of corporate payment technology provider Cobase leading it to a successful industry exit in December 2023.

She is a mentor for Women in Payments (WIP) programme and acted as Advisory Board Member and mentor for Money2020 Europe Rise Up programme. She actively supports the Global Give Back Circle: Mentor, Educate, Empower & Employ HER for girls at risk.

Dr. Anette Broløs is a fintech analyst based in Denmark. She is the Director and Co-Founder of Finthropology. Finthropology helps organizations world wide to understand people’s financial behaviour and innovate to meet their needs and to help create successful financial products programs and policies for a human world. Broløs is an experienced network leader working with strategic innovation and partnerships, speaker and facilitator. She holds an industrial PhD in collaborative innovation and has a background in economics. She consulted on the implementation of PSD2 and spent six years as CEO of Copenhagen FinTech Innovation and Research. 

Jeff Tijssen is an Expert Partner and the Global Head of FinTech at Bain & Company, and is based in their London office. Jeff has worked with many of the world’s leading financial institutions to lead large-scale transformation efforts and design, build and launch new digital ventures. He was on the founding team of several digital banks and has successfully built several new businesses.

Jeff has spent over 20 years advising clients how to transform their organisation and develop new innovative business models and capabilities, and works extensively with leading FinTech players and neobanks around the world as they explore new avenues for growth. He also advises many of the world’s largest private equity investors.

Paolo Sironi is the Global Research Leader in Banking and Financial Markets at IBM Institute for Business Value, where he leads IBM thought leadership research and advises key global account teams and C-level executives. He is a former start-up entrepreneur who started his career as quantitative risk manager in investment banking. He is the author of several books including Banks and Fintech on Platform Economies: Contextual and Conscious Banking and FinTech Innovation: From Robo-Advisors to Goal Based Investing and Gamification.

Stessa Cohen is an independent banking industry analyst and consultant. A former Gartner analyst, she is an internationally recognized expert on the digital transformation of the global banking industry. Theodora Lau is the founder of Unconventional Ventures, a public speaker, and an advisor. She is the co-author of The Metaverse Economy (2023) and Beyond Good (2021), and host of One Vision, a podcast on fintech and innovation. Her monthly column on FinTech Futures explores the intersection of financial services, tech, and humanity. She is named one of American Banker’s Most Influential Women in FinTech in 2023. She is a regular contributor and commentator for top industry events and publications, including Finovate, American Banker, BBC News, Fintech Times, and The Power 50. Her work has also been published by the Journal of Digital Banking, The Banker, Forbes Technology Councils, MIT Tech Review, and Harvard Business Review.

Bryan Clagett is managing partner of Jamestown Associates of Virginia, LLC, a boutique finserv and fintech consultancy. Most recently, he was Chief Revenue Officer and Strategy Officer of Moven, a fintech company offering data driven digital financial wellness solutions to 15 million consumers globally. He was also CMO and a principal investor at Geezeo. Geezeo was successfully sold to Jack Henry & Associates.
